This bold vision aims to create a world-class aquatic facility that elevates Africa as a global leader in swimming excellence, innovation, and development.

A refundable priority access fee will also be required to assess financial readiness and commitment.
What the Board Expects
The USA Swimming Board will personally meet with potential partners to:
- Review memos and conduct one-on-one discussions
- Finalize terms, expectations, and funding structures
- Set the stage for official agreements and project roll-out
Culmination in Egypt
Following successful vetting, the final signing will take place in Egypt, with USA Swimming sending envoys, experts, and even Olympic athletes to celebrate the launch.
